Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to perform stable operation to reduce clogging of a membrane, and to remove oil at a high level using a ceramic membrane excellent in durability with simple structure.SOLUTION: An oil-water separating system includes: a fine bubble generation device for generating a fine bubble in supply oily water; a filter device 3 having a ceramic filtration membrane 5 with a bore diameter of the predetermined particle size to carry out cross flow filtration of water while cleaning the membrane surface by membrane surface parallel flow of membrane supply oily water containing the fine bubble generated by the fine bubble generation device; a hydro cyclone device 4 for separating the oil from the concentrated oily water W3 without filtrated by the filter device 3 with centrifugal force due to rotational flow to return the residual oily water to the supply oily water on the upstream side where the fine bubble is generated by the fine bubble generation device; and a back washing treatment device for carrying out back washing treatment where high pressure water dissolved with gas flows backward and is jetted from the secondary side 3b of the ceramic filtration membrane 5 to remove an oil agglomeration cake adhering on the surface of the ceramic filtration membrane.
