Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for certainly piling microsubstances of a micrometer scale at an optional position on a substrate.SOLUTION: In the method for certainly piling microsubstances, a micropipet has an electrode inserted internally and filled with a melt obtained by dissolving the microsubstance in a solvent, or a dispersion, containing the microsubstance, obtained by dispersing it in the solvent. This micropipet is arranged tilted and positioned so that the tip part of the micropipet is close to the surface of the substrate. After that, the meniscus of the dispersion is made to grow by applying an appropriate voltage to the tip part. Further, the tip part of the micropipet is moved in contact with the surface of the substrate so that the microsubstance of a micrometer scale can be piled without fail.
