Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective coated article excellent in retroreflective ability and a method of manufacturing the retroreflective coated article, for efficiently obtaining such a retroreflective coated article.SOLUTION: The retroreflective coated article is a retroreflective coated article constructed by forming a retroreflective coating film comprised of at least a film formation resin, a reflective material and glass bead on a coated surface to provide retroreflective ability. The reflective material is dispersed in the coating film, and the glass bead is of bilayer in the coating film and a part thereof is partially exposed on the surface of the coating film.
