COSMETIC APPLICATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tilt an application part by a simple structure and retain the state, in a cosmetic applicator.SOLUTION: A shaft part 11 and the application part 12 are deformably connected at a movable part 15 that constitutes the cosmetic applicator 10 along with the shaft part 11 and the application part 12, by integrally molded leg parts 16 and 16. A locking part 17 whose tip is a projectingly curved face 17a, is integrally molded at the rear end of an application base part 14. A part 18 to be locked in which a plurality of recessedly curved parts 18a to be fitted with the projectingly curved face 17a of the locking part 17 are disposed, with a flat part 18b used as a center, is integrally molded at the tip end of the shaft part 11. A clearance 19 is formed between the locking part 17 and the part 18 to be locked. The locking part 17 moves, and slides while coming into contact with the part 18 to be locked, so as to form a tilting mechanism A where both the parts can be freely locked. This simple structure can energizingly push the application part, tilt it towards the shaft part, and retain the tilted state.
