Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid construction on a facility itself in introducing an apparatus for detecting electric currents used in the facility.SOLUTION: The current detector detects electric currents used in a facility from a watthour meter provided at the facility, sets current capacities on the basis of the detected electric currents and transmits the set current capacities to CCID (Charging Circuit Interrupt Device) of a charging cable. The CCID transmits the current capacities to a vehicle ECU.
