Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion circuit in which signal electric charges in a BPD are transferred to FD within a specified time frame at high sensibility, without the use of a special wafer process for providing a concentration gradient to the BPD.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion circuit includes: a plurality of BPDs in which electric charges are generated by incident light into a light receiving region and accumulated; at least one TG in which at least two BPDs are connected to one terminal and a control terminal into which a control signal for switching on-state/off-state is inputted is connected in common; and an FD to which the other terminal of each of the TGs is connected, and in which the TGs are switched to on-state simultaneously so that the electric charges of the BPDs are simultaneously transferred and summarized. The maximum distance between the FD and the farthest part of the light receiving region of the BPDs is a distance along which all the electric charges of the BPDs are transferred to the FD from the BPDs within a specified time frame. |
