THIN-FILM SOLAR CELL MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification sign for uniformly managing a great number of processes as required in manufacturing a thin-film solar cell module, the identification sigh capable of solving: a first problem of conventionally using two kinds of identification signs corresponding to processes when manufacturing the module, which adds the troublesome processes of reading information of the first identification sign part by using a reader and giving the information to the second identification sign part; and a second problem of adding necessity to operations such as reversing the module during the manufacturing process since the identification sign part is on the rear side.SOLUTION: A thin-film solar cell module includes: a thin-film solar cell 100 formed on a translucent insulating substrate 1; an encapsulating material; and a rear side protection material in this order. The translucent insulating substrate 1 has an identification sign part 7 on its surface where the thin-film solar cell 100 is not formed, and does not have the identification sign on its surface where the thin-film solar cell 100 is formed.
