PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device and a frame attachment/detachment device for improving operation efficiency in the case of mounting an attachment/detachment frame on a device casing.SOLUTION: In the automatic transaction device including: a device casing; and an attachment/detachment frame to be mounted on the device casing so as to be freely attached/detached, the attachment/detachment frame includes L-shaped first and second catching claws, and the device casing includes: a first engagement hole section into/with which the first catching claw is inserted and engaged and a second engagement hole section into/with which the second catching claw is inserted and engaged, and the first engagement hole section includes: an engagement section with which the first catching claw is engaged; an introducing section formed to be larger in width than the engagement section for introducing the first catching claw; and a guide section for connecting the engagement section and the introducing section, and for guiding the first catching claw inserted after introduced by the introducing section to the engagement section.
