Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide and an installing method of the member to be attached capable of making clips for installing the member to be attached to the attaching plate common in a member to be attached in which a surface skin is wound around a distal end of a fringe folded directed to an attaching plate side and even in the member to be attached in which the surface skin is not wound.SOLUTION: The fringe 12a of the member 40 to be attached is folded directed to the attaching plate side 30. Each of distal ends of a pair of engaging parts 24b, 24b in the clip 20 is inclined in a direction where each of the distal ends comes closer to each other such that the distal end of the member 10 to be attached is pushed to the attaching plate 30 whether or not the surface skin 16 is wound around the distal end of the fringe 12a of the folded member 10 to be attached.
