Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous sheet capable of achieving uniform diameter of pores among resin fibers and regular arrangement of the fibers, and sufficiently and efficiently bringing a gas to a catalyst when being applied to an electrode layer of an electrode for a fuel cell, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a porous sheet, a resin solution 10 passes through a region surrounded by electrodes 103A to 103D during ejection of the resin solution 10. When electrical potential is selectively set to the electrodes 103A to 103D, the resin solution 10 passing through the electrodes to be charged receives electrical force by an electrical field formed between the electrodes 103A to 103D. Control of an electrical potential difference between the electrodes 103A to 103D allows the electrical field between the electrodes 103A to 103D to be optionally set, allowing a moving direction of the resin solution 10 to be controlled. According to the control of the electric potential difference, for example, a number of resin fibers 12 are formed on a surface of a base material 13. |
