PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a carbonization chamber without requiring much labor and time.SOLUTION: A method for repairing a carbonization chamber of a coke oven includes: a step for arranging a cradle 100 for carbonization chamber repairing at a position adjacent to an end of a carbonization chamber 2 to be repaired; a step for arranging an in-furnace cradle 120 on the floor 2a of the carbonization chamber 2; a step for placing a heat insulation box 130 on a roller table 113 adjacent to a lower cradle 110, and then moving the heat insulation box 130 from on the roller table 113 adjacent to the lower cradle 110 to on a roller table 121 adjacent to the in-furnace cradle 120; and a step for stacking heat insulation blocks 140 on the heat insulation box 130, and using the heat insulation box 130 as a stage to repair the carbonization chamber 2.
