DRIVING CONTROL METHOD AND DRIVING CONTROL APPARATUS OF PROCESSING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent printing obstacles to improve an availability by enabling synchronous control of a first and a second rotors and enabling delivery of a sheet of paper at a precise position each time when the paper is delivered from a printing unit group on the upstream side to a printing unit group on the downstream side.SOLUTION: A processing unit group 20A on the upstream side and a processing unit group 20B on the downstream side are respectively driven by separate prime motors 1A and 1B and synchronously controlled. In addition to rotary encoders 8A and 8C for the upstream side and downstream side prime motors, rotary encoders 8B and 8D are provided to the last impression cylinder 23 of the printing unit group 20A on the upstream side and to the first transfer cylinder 24 of the printing unit group 20B on the downstream side. Rotating speeds of the separate prime motors 1A and 1B are corrected in accordance with differences between rotating phases the respective printing unit groups 20A and 20B should be in, and an actual rotating phase of the last impression cylinder 23 of the printing unit group 20A on the upstream side or the first transfer cylinder 24 of the printing unit group 20B on the downstream side.
