Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray nozzle in which the structure is simple, that is applicable to the fluid having combustibility and corrosivity, and that shows highly effective prevention of a liquid dripping phenomenon, and to provide a fluid atomizing device using the spray nozzle.SOLUTION: The spray nozzle 1 includes: an outer pipe 2 receiving the feeding of gas from the base end side, and discharging the gas to the tip side; an inner tube 3 disposed in the outer pipe 2 in the coaxial direction with the outer pipe; a liquid supply pipe 4 that supplies liquid to the inner tube 3; and a wall member 5 provided in the inner tube 3 and partitioning the inside of the inner tube in the flow channel direction.
