SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PURIFYING SUGAR CHAINS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for purifying sugar chains, which can separate and purify a large quantity of sugar chains easily and with good accuracy.SOLUTION: A system 1 for purifying sugar chains is a system for purifying sugar chains from a sugar chain-containing liquid. It is equipped with a plate assembly 10, which is composed of a first upper plate 100, a second upper plate 100', a first lower plate 300, a second lower plate 200 and a support 700, which supports either upper plate between the first upper plate 100 and the second upper plate 100' and either lower plate between the first lower plate 300 and the second lower plate 200 in a state of being arranged and set up above and below, and a stage 3, on which the plate assembly 10 is placed. Then, in the plate assembly 10, the first upper plate 100 and the second upper plate 100' can be exchanged with each other and also the first lower plate 300 and the second lower plate 200 can be exchanged with each other on the stage 3.
