Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control static electricity charged on an insulating resin spacer.SOLUTION: The electric current detection type nucleic acid concentration quantitative analyzer which applies an electric current to a DNA chip 15 to quantitatively analyze the concentration of nucleic acid has a spring probe box 20, a fixed substrate 13, and a measurement module 11. The spring probe box 20 has a spring probe fixed to the lower surface of the fixed substrate 13 in a state facing the chip terminal of the DNA chip 15. The fixed substrate 13 has an insulating plate, wirings disposed on both surfaces of the plate, and through-holes for connecting the wirings. The measurement module 11 faces the upper surface of the fixed substrate 13, can vertically be moved, is electrically connected to the wirings of the fixed substrate 13, and detects an electric current flowing through the spring probe. A polyacetal spacer 12 is arranged between the fixed substrate 13 and the measurement module 11.
