Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fault caused by a bubble generated when an ACF is attached from occurring when detecting a mark for positioning.SOLUTION: An FPD module assembly device 10 comprises: a light source 131 which irradiates a TAB 102 to which an ACF 110 is attached with light L; an imaging section 133 which images the light L transmitted through the TAB 102; and a diffusion mechanism 132 which diffuses the light L emitted from the light source 131. The light diffusion rate by the diffusion mechanism 132 is set at 10% or higher.
