Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient lighting device capable of adjusting an irradiation direction of light.SOLUTION: The lighting device 1 includes a light source module 2 for mounting LEDs 22 on a board 21, a power supply circuit section 12 for supplying power to the LEDs 22, and a light-transmitting section 11 for covering the light source module 2 and transmitting light emitted from the LEDs 22. The board 21 is rotatably supported around two axes crossing each other by a support section 4 stored in a housing body 14. The board 21 coupled with an operation shaft 31 is rotated due to rotation of an operation shaft 31 of an adjustment section 3 projected outside the housing body 14, and an irradiation direction of light emitted from the LEDs 22 can be adjusted.
