Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in a case where a reference destination of a virtual file is a portable recording medium, when a reference request is received for the virtual file, a request source has to wait until the portable recording medium with a substance file recorded therein is carried to a recording/reproducing device and reproduction preparation is completed.SOLUTION: An access request is received for a portable recording medium in which data has already been archived, and in a case where a virtual file has been recorded in the portable recording medium, when a reference destination of the virtual file is another portable recording medium, reproduction preparation is made in advance for the other portable recording medium.
