Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a range hood fails to automatically operate appropriately in response to an actual cooking temperature if a detected temperature deviation is large, and thereby the range food decides an appropriate ventilation air volume according to a cooking state and may ventilate a room excessively or insufficiently.SOLUTION: A variable resistance 14 of an amplification circuit 13 is adjusted and corrected so that a temperature detected by a thermoelectromotive temperature sensor 11 is within a predetermined temperature range. Accordingly, the detected temperature deviation can be minimized in a used temperature range.
