SOLID LUBRICATING ROLLING BEARING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily maintain a lubricating condition of the inside of the solid lubricating rolling bearing for a long period and to extend a bearing life.SOLUTION: Sufficient lubrication is carried out and the breakage and lock of separators 4 and the occlusion of wear powder does not occur during operation, by forming the columnar separator 4 arranged between adjacent two balls 3 respectively between inner and outer rings 1, 2 from sintered bodies of the graphite and binder, by making the composition ratio of the graphite 80 to 98 vol.%, by making the bending strength of the separators 4 to 15 MPa, and by making the specific wearing quantity 1.5 to 2.5×10mm/(N*m). As the result, the lubricating condition between an inner ring rolling face 1a and an outer ring rolling face 2a, and the balls 3 is satisfactorily maintained for a long period and the bearing life can be extended.
