Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing fitting capable of flexibly coping with architectural structures of various roof shapes, panel sizes, and pointed bolt pitches without drilling new holes when fixing an external heat insulation panel, a photovoltaic power generation panel, and the like on the external portion of a roof such as a lap metal roof, low in cost in material and work, and easy to construct for metal roof constructors.SOLUTION: A fixing fitting is constituted of at least three components; a mounting metal fitting, a lower metal fitting, and an upper metal fitting. The fixing fitting is used to mount a panel to a metal roof by fixing the mounting metal fitting to the pointed bolt pitch, fixing the lower metal fitting to the mounting metal fitting, fixing the upper metal fitting to the lower metal fitting, and clamping the panel by the lower metal fitting and the upper metal fitting. All of the mounting metal fitting, the lower metal fitting, and the upper metal fitting are made by bending a plate with a thickness of 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm.
