JOIST UNIT FOR LOW FLOOR AND JOIST BRACKET USED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joist unit for low floors capable of lowering a double floor structure and a joist bracket used in the joist unit.SOLUTION: A joist bracket 10 which supports a long joist material 20 mounted to a wall of a room includes: a rubber vibration insulator 11 (a floor contacting base) which is disposed on a foundation floor 101; a support bolt 12 vertically supported by the rubber vibration insulator 11; and a support plate 13 having a female screw part 14a engaged with the support bolt 12 and vertically moving according to its rotating operation to adjust the height. In the support plate 13, a joist supporting part 16 which supports the undersurface of the joist material 20 is bent and formed at one end of a screw receiving part 14 formed with the female screw part 14a so as to be located below the screw receiving part 14 through a vertical plate part 15, and a part of the rubber vibration insulator 11 is formed so as to be stored in a void space formed by the back surface of the screw receiving part 14 and the vertical plate part 15.
