Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release sheet which can be applied to various adhesive materials and prevent a release surface from generating static electricity by demonstrating excellent releasability and antistatic properties and to provide a method for producing the release sheet at a low cost while considering environmental problems and work efficiency.SOLUTION: In the release sheet, a functional layer is formed on a base material. The total amount of a silicone compound and a tin oxide compound contained in the functional layer is at least 80 mass% to the entire amount of the functional layer. The release sheet contains 10-200 pts.mass of the tin oxide compound to 100 pts.mass of the silicone compound.
