Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel with a cap by which it can easily be recognized that a nozzle has been opened, the cap and a prefilled syringe.SOLUTION: The barrel with the cap is characterized in that: a connecting part 23 is fixed to the tip of a barrel body 11 and attaches a cap body 22 to the external periphery or the internal periphery; the cap body 22 is constituted so as to be movable with its axial direction set toward the tip side with respect to the connecting part 23 in order to be separated from the tip of the connecting part 23; and one of the cap body 22 and the connecting part 23 comprises a reattachment prevention part 225 for locking the other in order to prevent the reattachment of the separated cap body 22 to the connecting part 23.
