Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that rapid deterioration of a specific unit cell in a battery module may shorten the life of the battery module.SOLUTION: In a battery module, multiple unit cells are housed in a holder made of a heat conductive material and a cooling path flowing a cooling medium cooling the unit cells is provided. A thermal resistance layer is provided between a housing part and the unit cells, and the thermal resistance layer is disposed so that the thermal resistance value gradually becomes smaller toward the flow direction of the cooling medium. This structure resolves the ununiformity of the temperature differences of the multiple cells housed in the battery module.
