An overvoltage protection element 5 is arranged between the third conductive pattern 3c for the ground and each conductive member 4 spaced via a gap G formed by the insulation layer 4. Thus, a space to configure the overvoltage protection element 5 can be reduced and thereby, a simple configuration and a low cost can be achieved.
