Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the use of an organic compound in the treatment of COPDs of both a reversible chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and an irreversible COPD.SOLUTION: There is provided the use of (A) formoterol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof or a solvate of the salt, and of (B) a pharmaceutically acceptable particulate diluent or carrier in an amount of 400 to 5,000 μg per μg of (A) for the preparation of an inhalable medicament for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
