Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing mask frame coupler holding high printing performance with small deformation in an opening shape during manufacturing and printing of a printing mask, in the printing mask having a thin linear opening.SOLUTION: In a combination plate comprising a printing mask having a thin linear opening, a printing mask frame coupler is configured so that tension of the thin linear opening in a longitudinal direction is larger than that in a lateral direction. An opening for tension buffering and a printing mask holding spacer are provided outside a printing pattern of the printing mask.
