HEATED TOILET SEAT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat device that suppresses wasteful power consumption and that enables a user to comfortably use without giving cold feeling when sitting thereon again.SOLUTION: The heated toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat; a heater for heating the toilet seat; a temperature detector for detecting temperature of the toilet seat; a sitting detector for detecting sitting of a user on the toilet seat; and a controller for controlling energization amount to the heater. In the heated toilet seat device, the controller, when detecting the sitting of the user by the sitting detector, controls energization amount to the heater so that the temperature of the toilet seat is maintained at a set temperature, and when no longer detecting the sitting from the state of detecting the sitting of the user by the sitting detector, starts standby state shifting control in which the energization amount to the heater is controlled to lower the temperature of the toilet seat. The controller, when the temperature of the toilet seat reaches a temperature of cold feeling limit after the start of the standby state shifting control, controls the temperature of cold feeling limit in a manner that energization amount to the heater is controlled so that the temperature of the toilet seat is maintained at the temperature of cold feeling limit.
