| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor drive device which can reduce losses of power when abnormality in an ultrasonic motor is detected.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic motor drive device 101 comprises: a piezoelectric element 5; a class D switching stage 3, connected to an AC oscillator 10 and the piezoelectric element 5, which periodically switches a voltage signal sent to the piezoelectric element 5; an output coil 4 which is connected between the class D switching stage 3 and the piezoelectric element 5; a detection unit 7, connected between the output coil 4 and the piezoelectric element 5, which detects a voltage signal between the output coil 4 and the piezoelectric element 5; and a CPU 30 which, when the frequency of a voltage signal detected by the detection unit 7 is higher than that of a voltage signal driving the piezoelectric element 5, determines that the piezoelectric element 5 is abnormal and/or that a connection between the output coil 4 and the piezoelectric element 5 is broken. |
