Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter, a manufacturing method of color filter, and an information display by which, in a process where ink is absorbed and fixed to an undercoat layer after printing, a color filter pixel is formed and an adjacent space between color filter pixels is reduced.SOLUTION: In a color filter, on the surface of an undercoat layer 111 where at least two kinds of regions with different surface tensions are patterned in a rectangular pixel unit region, there is a color pattern applied with a coloring ink 113 by an ink jet system ink.
