Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, device, and method for detecting a location of a traveling object, and a computer program that enable an error range, with respect to a detection location of a traveling object, caused by movement of a traveling object to be accurately estimated.SOLUTION: A system, device, and method for detecting a location of a traveling object, and a computer program are configured, so as to determine the maximum frequency of lane changes which a vehicle can perform on the road when traveling, from the number of lanes of the road on which the vehicle travels (S52), and so as to estimate an error range of a detection location of the vehicle on the basis of the determined maximum frequency of lane changes (S53).
