Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detection circuit which surely detects an abnormal voltage due to abnormality of secondary batteries, a closing failure of sampling switches, etc., even when the circuit itself which detects voltage has broken down.SOLUTION: A circuit 11 comprises a protection circuit protecting a voltage measurement circuit 14 from overvoltage and a circuit detecting the overvoltage. When detecting the overvoltage, the circuit 11 supplies an overvoltage detection signal to a microcomputer 16 without passing through the voltage measurement circuit 14 by using a signal line 100. The microcomputer 16 determines an abnormal voltage state by the overvoltage detection signal from the signal line 100 without using the voltage measurement circuit 14.
