PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of adjusting the force of water while maintaining washing power or a feeling of volume.SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device comprises: water force adjusting means for washing water; water discharge means for discharging the washing water from a water discharge hole in a hollow conical shape; crushing means for creating a water stream atomized by crushing the liquid films of the hollow-conical-shape washing water and pouring the atomized water stream into a hollow area of the hollow-conical-shape washing water before landing on a human body private part; and liquid film thickness increasing means provided on the further downstream side than the water discharge means and on the further upstream side than the water discharge hole for making the liquid films of the washing water discharged from the water discharge hole in the hollow conical shape, thicker than the liquid films of the washing water discharged from the water discharging means in the hollow conical shape. The atomized water stream has a first water stream group 521a, and a second water stream group 522a having smaller particle sizes than the first water stream group and a slower flow velocity than the first water stream group. The water force adjusting means changes a timing for the first water stream group and the second water stream group to land on the human body private part depending on the force of water set by a user.
