Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet having not only excellent magnetic property but also high strength and high fatigue property and excellent productivity.SOLUTION: The method of producing a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet includes: subjecting a steel slab to hot rolling and hot rolled sheet-annealing, the steel slab having component composition containing by mass% ≤0.005% C, ≤0.010% N, 3.0-5.0% Si, ≤3.0% Mn, ≤1.0% Al, 0.1-0.5% Ti and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities; then subjecting the resulting hot-rolled steel sheet to cold rolling once or to cold rolling twice or more with an intermediate annealing interposed between the two or more cold rolling or to warm rolling to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet having final sheet thickness; and subjecting the cold-rolled steel sheet to final annealing. The method of producing a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet is characterized in that a coil winding temperature after hot rolling, is set to be ≥570°C, while the annealing temperature of the hot-rolled sheet is set to be 850-950°C and the annealing temperature of the final annealing is set to be >800-850°C.
