Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for stably obtaining a target product without thickening, gelling, etc. of a curable copolymer, when producing a curable resin composition containing the curable copolymer having a (meth)acryloyl group, which is obtained by adding a compound having a carboxyl group and a (meth)acryloyl group to an epoxy-group containing copolymer.SOLUTION: The epoxy-group containing copolymer is obtained by polymerization of a monomer mixture containing an epoxy-group containing (meth)acrylate of 30-100 pt.mass in which the content of a polyfunctional component is 0.01-0.3 mass%. Then, glycidyl (meth)acrylate is preferable as the epoxy-group containing (meth)acrylate.
