Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film provided with a hard coat layer on a biaxially oriented polyester film via an easy-bonding layer and particularly excellent in adhesion under conditions of wet-heat resistance.SOLUTION: The hard coat film 10 is provided with the hard coat layer 3 via the easy-bonding layer 2 provided at least on one surface of the biaxially oriented polyester firm 1. The easy-bonding layer 2 is made of acrylic modified product in which the glass transition point is 50-105°C and in which the weight average molecular weight is 300,000-550,000. The hard coat layer 3 contains an ionizing radiation curable resin composition.
