Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device which enables a circuit board to be easily fixed to a housing while suppressing the occurence of failures of the circuit board.SOLUTION: An electronic control device includes: a circuit board 2 where electronic components are mounted; substrate holders 10, 10 which are mounted to the circuit board 2 for holding the circuit board 2; and a case 20 for housing the circuit board 2 and the substrate holders 10, 10, and fixing the circuit board 2 through the substrate holders 10, 10. The electronic control device relaxes stress which results from strain deformation of the circuit board 2 and acts on the electronic components and circuits which are provided on the circuit board 2.
