The top plate 113 has a radius larger than the polygon mirror 112. A surface, not facing the polygon mirror 112, of the top plate 113 has an inclined part 113b inclined from a rotation center toward an outer edge, and at the inclined part 113b, thickness of the top plate 113 changes in a radial direction.
