Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process capable of greatly limiting the generation of a minute particle without a necessity for making a minute particle filter exist on an exhaust pipe, and at the same time, without correcting the operation of an engine.SOLUTION: This invention relates to the process for controlling the combustion of the internal combustion engine which uses the controlled ignition and the direct injection of liquid fuel, and comprises: at least one air cylinder 12 including a combustion chamber 14; at least one intake means 16; at least one exhaust means 22; and at least one liquid-fuel direct injection means 34 for obtaining a fuel/air mixture in the combustion chamber. According to this invention, the process includes a step for determining an operation zone of the engine in which the minute particle is discharged at the combustion of the fuel/air mixture, and a step for introducing the other fuel/air mixture into the combustion chamber by indirectly injecting gas fuel for the operation of the engine in the determined zone. |
