Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer compound that can manufacture an organic photoelectric conversion element in which the open end voltage is high.SOLUTION: A polymer compound includes a repeating unit shown by formula (1) and a repeating unit shown by formula (2). In the formula (1), Rand Reach independently denote a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group or a univalent organic group; a ring Ar1 and a ring Ar2 each independently denote a 6-60C aromatic hydrocarbon ring that may have a substituent or a 4-60C heterocyclic ring that may have a substituent; and A denotes a carbon atom, a silicon atom or a germanium atom. In the formula (2), Y denotes a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom, and a selenium atom, -N(R)- or -C(R)=(R)-; and R, Rand Reach independently denote a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group or a univalent organic group.
