FACILITY CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility control system that can restrain an increase in apparatus cost, by restraining reduction in processing efficiency of the whole facility control system, even when failure is caused in a computer for commanding a work command to a computer for controlling operation of a facility apparatus.SOLUTION: The facility control system includes a selecting means for selecting whether a second layer program executed by a second layer computer is executed by a first layer computer by artificial operation, when the failure is caused in the second layer computer for commanding the work command to a first layer program for commanding an apparatus operation command to an apparatus controller, includes a substitutive command output means for outputting a substitutive command in response to selected information selected by the selecting means, and is constituted so that the first layer computer executes the second layer program based on the substitutive command output by the substitutive command output means.
