FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber reinforced plastic structure having excellent productivity without a resin dispersion groove formed on a surface of a core material, by forming the resin dispersion groove on a surface of a gel coat layer formed on a surface of a molded die, and to provide a method for manufacturing the fiber reinforced plastic structure.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the fiber reinforced plastic structure includes the steps of: forming a first gel coat layer 11a with a first resin dispersion groove 7a formed on its entire surface, on the surface of a lower mold 10; laminating a first fiber reinforced base material 13a and the core material 2 on the surface of the first gel coat layer 11a; attaching a bagging film 18 to the lower mold 10 so as to contain the first fiber reinforced base material 13a and the core material 2, and depressurizing the bagging film 18 by sucking internal air; and injecting liquid resin into the depressurized bagging film 18 so that the first fiber reinforced base material 13a and the first resin dispersion groove 7a are impregnated with the resin, and curing the resin.
