SEMICONDUCTOR SWITCH AND WIRELESS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor switch and a wireless apparatus that implement improved high frequency characteristics.SOLUTION: The semiconductor switch supplied includes a power circuit, a drive circuit, a switch section and a first potential control circuit. The power circuit has a first potential generation circuit for generating a first, negative potential, and a second potential generation circuit for generating a second, positive potential lower than a supply potential. The drive circuit is supplied with the first potential and a third potential and configured to output at least either of the first potential and the third potential on the basis of a terminal switching signal. The switch section is configured to connect a common terminal to any one of a plurality of high frequency terminals in response to the output of the drive circuit. The first potential control circuit has a division circuit having a first transistor, and an amplification circuit having a second transistor.
