Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference potential generating circuit which allows load in designing for generation of a reference voltage in a sensor circuit to be mitigated.SOLUTION: ASIC 3 includes a power source unit 11 connected to an external power source for supplying a reference potential to an operational amplifier circuit 15 connected to a sensing element, a regulator unit 12 for regulating a power source voltage supplied by the external power source, a switching unit 13 for switching between a voltage supplied via the power source unit 11 and a regulator voltage supplied via the regulator unit 12, and a reference potential generation unit 14 for generating the voltage switched by the switching unit 13 as the reference potential to be supplied to the operational amplifier circuit 15.
