PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an identification device of a radio frequency signal capable of cutting the arithmetic quantity for collation or reducing a period required for the collation.SOLUTION: Collation control means 3 obtains an outline feature from a radio frequency signal feature pattern extracted by radio frequency signal feature extraction means 2 and stores it in control information recording storage means 4 as the control information. When a new radio frequency signal feature pattern is extracted, the outline feature is obtained by the collation control means 3, and a collation signal feature pattern coincidental with the outline information is determined based on the control information stored in the control information recording storage means 4. The collation control means 3 outputs the collation signal feature pattern coincidental with the outline information to collation means 5, among collation signal feature patterns of recording storage means 6. The collation means 5 executes only the collation of a new radio frequency signal feature pattern with the collation feature pattern coincidental with the outline information.
