Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of reliably and rapidly detecting forward leakage of hot air from a heating chamber 2 when heating is carried out under such a condition that the front open part 21 of the heating chamber 2 is not tightly closed by a door 28.SOLUTION: In the heating cooker, the heating chamber 2 is located below a counter top 11, the front open part 21 of the chamber is closed by a door 28 to be freely closed and opened, and the inside of the heating chamber 2 is closed in a tightly sealed state by bringing the back face of the door 28 into tight contact with the surface of a front frame 22 constituting the surrounding of the front open part 21. An air blowing path 5 is formed above the heating chamber 2, and a ventilation hole 10 is made to penetrate the upper side of the front frame 22, in a range where the back face of the door 28 is tightly in contact with and/or above the range. The front portion of the air blowing path 5 is communicated with the ventilation hole 10, while the rear portion of the air blowing path 5 is communicated with an exhaust duct 15 behind the heating chamber 2. A temperature sensor 1 detecting abnormal temperature elevation of air flowing in the air blowing path 5 is disposed near the front end in the air blowing path 5 and right above the center of the heating chamber 2. |
