Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 1,4-dihydropyridine-fused heterocycle, a process for preparing the same, the use of the same, and a composition containing the same.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a substituted dihydropyridine-fused heterocyclic compound represented by formula (I), acting as an inhibitor of Auora A and/or B kinase, and useful for the treatment of cancer disease, especially for preventing cancerous cells to divide, particularly, to a specific partially saturated pyrrole, a pyrazole-fused 5-oxo-hexahydronaphthylidine or a 5-oxo-hexahydroquinoline compound.
