Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene aggregate having high electric conductivity and to provide a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: The graphene aggregate includes: a plurality of graphenes; an electron donor which is chemically modified on each of terminals of the graphene; and a metal ion capable of receiving electrons from the electron donor. Each of the graphenes is arranged planarly. The graphenes adjacent to each other among the plurality of graphenes are connected through a coordination bond of the electron donor and the metal ion.
