Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a relatively high dielectric constant, and also is excellent in capacitance temperature characteristics in a wide temperature range (from -55 to 400°C) including a high-temperature region.SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition is mainly composed of a mixed crystal of a first phase represented by the general formula KNbOand a second phase represented by the general formula BaTiO. In the formulas, m, n, α, and are set as 0.990≤m/n≤1.005, 0.995≤α/ ≤1.010, and m/n and α/ do not take 1 simultaneously.
